Ingredients:

1 scoop high-quality vanilla ice cream

1 to 2 tablespoons black ants (cleaned, fresh or dried)

Zest of ½ lemon

Zest of ½ lime

Optional: sugar cone, micro basil or mint for garnish
Instructions:
1. Prep the Ants:

If using fresh ants, freeze for 1 minute to neutralize, then rinse and pat dry.

Dried ants can be used as-is, provided they’re food-safe and sourced responsibly.
2. Assemble the Bowl:

Scoop vanilla ice cream into bowl.

Sprinkle black ants over the top of the ice cream.

Finish with a light dusting of lemon and lime zest.

Optional: Garnish with a small leaf of micro basil or mint for a fresh aroma.
